This young face belongs to a street child who had been burnt causing a slight facial deformation. Even though he lives in the streets of Cairo in misery, missing out on all the fun of childhood, he still managed to give a beautiful, pure, and innocent smile for a snapshot! Is he inferior for his fate eversince birth? Do we reject him for being a street begger trying to survive? I drew a close up of his face with ball point-ink on hand-made paper made by Zabaleen residents, Cairo. Size: 28x40 cm less «
