I passed this sign on a highway in Quebec, advertising a rest stop for fast food restaurants, while in front is a field of corn. In the countryside we are lucky to have the healthy and nutritious food right there. But instead of eating it, we take the processed fast food because we are in a hurry. Why don’t we have more healthy restaurants along the highway providing us with nutritious food? Do we really want to eat that unhealthy all life long? Isn’t it luxury taking time for lunch and dinner and not rushing from one place to the other although it is time-consuming?
