Warnings on Food

Posted on Jul 24, 2009  |   2196 views

The CD cover bears a warning label. Consumers are warned against the “unhealthy” content of the music, but not the “unhealthy” contents of the food items. It is difficult to always keep track of the healthiness of food items. It would be great if companies were forced to warn consumers. Warnings would decrease profit and with no outside pressure there is no reason for them to place warning labels. Therefore, we need a lobby to change government policies.
