Rurowa Laue Tathang is a Marma Language it means Rebuild Lasting Together. In 1997, as the peace accord has been treated with PCJSS and Government of Bangladesh, therefore, in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) becomes a good situation to reconstructing for sustainable development of the CHT people. In February 2, 1997 with the collaboration of a group of the indigenous local energetic, young educated social workers aim to promote the socio-economic, education and cultural development of the poor and vulnerable people in the Khagrachari Hill Districts was established. Vision: RLT envisions is all communities achieved opportunities, rights and reach their full potential and contribute to the well-being of their family, community and country. Mission: RLT mission in partnering is making a positive difference in people's lives, create opportunities and implement to achieve the basic rights of peoples.
