Presently he is CEO of ASK Development working in areas of human development, recruitment, HR policies and enhancement of youth employability. Akif has a passion for human resource development and has developed management development expertise through working with international experts and speakers and his direct consultancy experience with junior to senior management professionals in interdisciplinary and culturally diversified organizations. He has developed with ASK team a training methodology blending the advanced management research with local work environment and indigenous wisdom. Akif has over 16 years proven experience in management development. Besides human resource development, has managed TNA, Training Projects, HR Management, Youth training and employment, and planning & executing projects. He specializes in customizing and tailoring training interventions, interactive sessions, training games and case studies. He has been involved in management development, HRM OHS, and climate survey consultancies for corporate and development sector organizations. He is member of professional forums where he interacts frequently with industry professionals. Due to his industry exposure and expertise he is often invited by business schools & institutions to deliver talks and seminars.
