I have been in church leadership since 2000 and a youth leader since 1999. Iam part of the Joyful Christian Youth Association where i served in different capacities and as of now i am the coordinator. 2003-2007 i was involved in the Harare/Chitungwiza Youth Empowerment Process.A youth project which aimed at developing young leaders in Harare it was coordinated by COSV(italian NGO) and CCMT(local NGO). By the time we finished the i was a youth initiator/moderator there. The project also used Sustained Dialogue as a conflict resolution methodology. I have been trained in using different conflict resolution methodologies and conducting workshops. I am also a trainer in this field. In november 2007 i attended a regional youth training in conflict, peace and development this being the latest. I have conducting many workshops in the use of Sustained Dialogue as a peace building methodology. I have also attend various capacity building workshops in the country and the region. Im committed to the full inclusion of the youth in national issues especially those that affect them.I firm believer in Pan Africanism.
