Her drive to understand young people and to develop her natural flair for young people led her to the doorsteps of Digital Peers International, organizers of DIGITEST, a yearly ICT camp for young people across the country. Since 2005, she has been actively involved in shaping the overall organizational process of DIGITEST. In 2006, She worked as an intern at the DPI office in Abuja, where she was responsible for working on the operational process of DIGITEST, which included registering more than 300 young people and fundraising for the camp. Ewajesu has also been involved in The Intellectual Group, a youth-led-not-for-profit organization whose main aim is to empower young people for positive development. Firstly, as director of Activities and more recently as the director of Media and Public Relations. She was responsible for developing content and coordinating the editorial focus of Globalilo, TIG’s flagship youth newsletter. She has also spearheaded TIG’s media projects which included appearances on various TV such as LTV 8, AIT, and NTA amongst others to discuss various topical issues affecting young people in Nigeria. Ewajesu is an alumnus of the Democratic Leadership Training workshop (DLTW) of the Africa Leadership Forum and the Young women Leadership training Project of the Female Leadership Forum. EwaJesu is an active member of Nigerian Youth Network on MDGs and a member of the Nigerian ICT4D Network coordinating team She is currently working as the Youth and Program Officer of the African Women and Youth Organisation based in Berlin, Germany. She works from Nigeria
