He holds a degree in philosophy. And works with Vanguard Media Limited ( publishers of the Vanguard newspapers: www.vanguardngr.com) as the Personnel Officer. His boss and people around him can tell about him better because they know he is result oriented. He was the Assistant Secretary of Police Community Relations Committee( Trinity Division, Lagos). He is currently studying Public Relations. And he is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered). He has a very strong drive and passion to serve humanity wholeheartedly and selflessly without any expectation of human reward. Part of his dreams climaxed when the idea hit his mind to establish the Apapa Golden leo Club (youth Activity of Shomolu Lions Club, International Association of Lions Clubs, district 404 Nigeria) located in an area that is often regarded and misconstrued as the ghetto (Olodi Apapa-Ajegunle). There are potentials out there! He saw them and they worked for him. Victor was the president of the club and has since organised numerous projects with his club members. One of them was done in conjunction with the Nigeria Red Cross Society on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (March 28, 2003). Over one hundred and twenty people were in attendance. And resource persons from the Society For Family Health (SFH), Nigeria Red Cross Society, United Nations and Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos, just to mention a few were all in attendance. This was only barely three months of the club's existence. That's not all, another seminar was organised on July 5, 2003 tagged: I HAVE A DREAM. Over 200 youths were in attendance inspite of the threatening Nation Wide Strike. On 22-24 August 2003, the club still under the leadership of Victor, had its first annual youth camp exercise tagged: Building a Healthy Community. It was also a great success. October 25th, 2003 was the clean up Lagos exercise for the club. More than 60 people in attendance, comprising members of Apapa Golden Leo club, ANUNSA( LASU) chapter, TIG members and students. His philosophy of life is "move on". He strongly shares Napoleon Hill's Statements: "Every Adversity has within it the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit..." "The world will provide a way for those who know where they are going." He knows where he is going since he doesn't allow wishes to dictate to him. He works it and not just wish it because he is armed with the truth that life does not answer to wishes. Like John Mason, he wears his binoculars to 'see the unseen' . He sees a world that change for the best is feasible and also imminent. He has a dream like Martin Luther King that some day Africa and the other parts of the world will be a better place for us to live as one family. It is his hope that TIG will help to realize this dream. Wow! his hope is coming alive following his meeting with the Chief Operations Officer of NiPRO( Nigerian Professionals Network) on TIG, which attracted the enviable network to his home (Nigeria). With his efforts in making NIPRO find its root in Nigeria. That earned him the position of the General manager in Nigeria. He attended several events including the 7th Annual African Business Conference organised by the African Business Club of Havard Business School in Boston, United States of America. He participated at a two week US government funded training on Leadership, ethics and rule of law in Mombasa, Kenya from December 4-15, 2006.
