With over 2 decades of experience as a stage and production manager, his collaborations include the National Theatre Company in Puerto Rico (1993-2005), and in New York with theater companies such... read more With over 2 decades of experience as a stage and production manager, his collaborations include the National Theatre Company in Puerto Rico (1993-2005), and in New York with theater companies such as La Criatura Theater (2006-present) and The Blackfriars Repertory Theatre (2006). He has also worked with the Metropolitan Opera House(Staff Performer) in New York City(2007-present). Reyes-Santos also is a TALLERISTA/Theatre Wksp Trainer, volunteering the Theatre Training Program of New York City Housing Authority from 2008-to present. His most recently endeavour in 2009 was as a Resident Artist in the Kid’s Day-Cooperative for After School Enrichment at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston, Texas and it’s also volunteering for the next upcoming “Going Green” and “Fatherhood Initiative” campaigns for the New York City Housing Authority. Also, is the creator of the “Dressing the News” - concept of using the paper news amongst the props/costumes’ designing for the theatre. Also is the advisory consultant-sciences amongst the theatre in Houston/Tx with the HCDE/CASE/CIS agencies. In 1994, he co-founded the Colectivo Diversión, Inc. theater company, as well as the C.O.R.O.N.A. Project to bring theater education to several communities throughout Puerto Rico, which ran for 10 years. Reyes Santos’ wide-ranging education combines the sciences and the arts, and he has trained in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, France, Italy, Spain and the United States.
