Stairway to Nowhere

"Stairway to Nowhere" symbolizes the many homes that were gutted, leveled, removed or swept away by the storm; yet leaving the stairs to nowhere. Or in a different light the red stairs represent the stairs to hope among the land of despair. As seen throughout the PfK art by its creator, red represents means life and hope among the sea of despair, depicted by the black and white undertones.
