My expertise includes program management, strategic grant writing, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy. I began my career as a Field Supervisor in an EU-funded HIV prevention project and have since contributed to national and international initiatives with organizations like UNODC, Marie Stopes International, and Active Help Organization (AHO). At UNODC, I supported harm reduction efforts for PLHIVs and female drug users, while at Marie Stopes, I led reproductive health and family planning programs across Upper Punjab. Currently, I serve as Manager Coordination & Liaison at AHO, where I oversee multi-stakeholder coordination, donor engagement, and project implementation for Global Fund, UNDP, and Stop TB Partnership–funded programs. I’ve led OneImpact CLM and HIV/TB interventions across eight districts, ensuring rights-based, gender-transformative community responses. My work reflects a strong commitment to inclusive development, backed by field-driven insights and strategic leadership. I’m passionate about building sustainable health systems, mentoring young professionals, and scaling up community-led models that drive meaningful social change.
