That creature may be known as a human. Scientists all agree on the fact that the human being is the most intelligent animal that exists on Earth, because of its brain capacity that is way more developed than any other one. According to that statement, if humans are really the most intelligent species, they should then act in consequence. In other words, humans should be the ones that have the most intelligent behavior regarding their environment and everything they enter in contact with. They should. But are they really as smart as they seem and pretend to be? If by “intelligent” scientists mean cruel”, “irresponsible and insensitive regarding nature”, “able to kill on or many of its own”, “feeling superior to other races” or “able to destruct its own planet”, if they really mean this, well humans are a very intelligent species! More seriously, with the way they act today, human beings still have a lot to prove to say that they have a faculty to think and reason more intelligently than other animals. This leads to say that Earth is completely led by creatures that don’t seem to be conscious of their actions. From an environmental point of view, humans are destroying everything nature once built. They consume continuously and irresponsibly without realizing that one day all stocks will be gone. Without forgetting the hundreds of wars that cause so much human loss and huge environmental damage. From a more social point of view, humans lie, cheat, envy, insult and they do everything they can to be on top. Humans can also be very selfish. The world in which they are living is a patchwork of all their ideas and illusions. Humans may have the biggest brain capacity, but they don’t seem to be able to “use” it in a way to make their world a better one. That way of thinking might look pretty negative and exaggerated, but it’s only to demonstrate that humans are really not aware of how lucky they are to live on Earth. It’s time for them to realize it and to change their bad habits, because if not, in a couple of years it will be to late…
