Lots of Pressure on Myanmar

The red spots in Myanmar indicates the population of the Military government. The rest white areas are the people living in Burma. All the pressures from the world are not affective to the government but are harming the people's living in Myanmar. If they really want the welfare of Myanmar people, Do sanction only to the military government and not to the citizens.
