They raised me, and will always have an impact on the person that I am. Their values and beliefs are so deeply engrained in my psyche that I could not erase them if I wished. That is not to say I am vexed - I am actually quite grateful of everything they have taught me. From them I have learned how to love and respect others. Civilization has filled in the rest. Technology, religion, cultural values, norms and traditions - they all provide insight in what it is to be human. I wont get into the details of my philosophy here. In short, I have learned how to hate from civilization. As hinted by my little rant above, I am an existentialist, a nihlist, and a heretic.
