Condemned?

This is 2/3 ink drawings on street children. The first one was called "Inferior?" This child is 6 years of age without a home. While hanging out with his friends of the same social stature, he paused to give an enormous smile at the camera. His eyes glowed with happiness, seeing someone cared to take a picture of him. The lack of attention these children face daily condemns their human right for compassion. I wanted my image to be out of focus so you can question it. To think twice before judging a book by its cover. Ball point ink made on hand-made paper by Zabaleen residents, Cairo. Size: 28x40 cm
