As Inca's stones these people represents the perpetuity of a great era that
won't want to die. I took this shot on January 2002 in Pisaq - Cusco - Peru.
I used a Canon 505 camera. Originally 15 X 10 jumbo photograph size.
"Varayocs" works as leaders of social political organizations in the
highlands of Peru. They represents their communities and been local
authorities as in Incas times. They are the survivors of a great social and
cultural era.
