It is about water availability after poverty eradication, and economic balance. He feels that by then every family will have a good residence, water will be available for all, agricultural development and food security will be assured. There Food Aid would be a thing of the past.
He feels that this cannot be achieved through a politically motivated partnership but through a government which is development minded.
He appreciates the donor pledges and loves peaceful life.
Thank you very much.
