The Dark Continent
If you venture beyond the political and material comforts portrayed by those such as Rockwell, what do you find?
We in The West have assumed for centuries that those who do not live and think as we do have nothing to offer us; that theirs is a world of discomfort and fear which we have a duty to 'civilize' and enrich with the material comforts we enjoy.
What if they have things to teach us too, and enjoy a kind freedom, and comfort which we have never experienced?
Even worse, what if it's our own savagery, lack of civilization and arrogance, rather than theirs, which has made the world what is today?
