Front Tank

This is the "front tank" at Lambton Area Industries oil field in Petrolia, Ontario... where I worked for a summer. Basically, 63 oil wells would pump their oil through an elaborate series of pipes across several acres into this huge tank. The oil would then stay on the surface of the water in the tank, and drip into another pipe that would put *just* the oil (via gravity) into a huge underground tank. Once every week or so a massive oil tank truck would come and suck out all the oil, and give my boss a fat stack of cash (metaphorically) -- direct deposit.
