THIS POEM TITLED: "ANGELS AMONG US" IS WRITTEN IN APPRECIATION OF EXEMPLARY CANADIAN MEN WHO ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR SOCIETY. SOME ARE SOLDIERS,FIRE FIGHTERS, POLICE OFFICERS, DOCTORS, LAWYERS, SCIENTISTS, AND SOME ARE ORDINARY MEN LIVING AMONG US WHO ARE SERVING THE PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AS VOLUNTEERS, TRUSTED NEIGHBOURS AND ALLIES IN TIMES OF NEED. IT IS IN HONOUR OF THESE SPECIAL CANADIAN MEN THAT I COMMIT THIS POEM.
