Babawande Femi founded the organisation in January 2004 to function as a Non-profit/Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) whose focus shall be to develop the creativity and acceptability of young... read more Babawande Femi founded the organisation in January 2004 to function as a Non-profit/Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) whose focus shall be to develop the creativity and acceptability of young Nigerian landscape/wild-life painters to meet the international standards and to channel their skills to the direction of the environment (protection, awareness and conservation). His vision also extends to philantrophy and fund-raising in the execution of these causes. Babawande Femi started his journey on the environment in 1992 when he won the Statoil/NCF National Art Competition Honours. He has since been a keen follower of developments on the environment. At the moment, he is a cartoon journalist with Daily Independent, Lagos Nigeria. Femi holds a B.A. Edu (Painting) from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria.
