Garbage in The Ocean Kids for Kindness
Rebsmoon Drawing, Pencil-crayon
Garbage Beach I created this piece because I wanted to acknowledge ocean pollution. I feel as though it’s my duty to be an advocate for clean oceans and protecting marine life. I used mixed media comprised of paint and garbage I collected around my school. I hope this piece inspires others to be more cognitive about consumption of plastics.

More Plastic Bags, More Garbage, More Work This photo was taken at the Dandora Damping site. Ironically, there are those who want the site to be left there despite the cry of the residents who have to contend with the powerful stench from the site. These are the young boys who reap the benefits of the site by scavenging for valuables from the site and selling them to unsuspecting buyers.
