He is founder of Machizo Multimedia Communication. Along with multimedia design and publishing, he does regular advocacy on popular culture, human rights development, peace and new leadership issues. Shahjahan Siraj has fifteen years working experiences on multimedia and development sector. As an expert he occasionally teaches video communication, multimedia production and new media application in the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Panos fellow Siraj is the official multimedia artist of 80plus1 in Bangladesh. আমি একজন ওয়েব ডিজাইনার, ভিডিও নির্মাতা এবং মাল্টিমিডিয়া শিক্ষক। গত ১৯৯৫ সাল থেকে আমি মাল্টিমিডিয়া নিয়ে কাজ করছি। লোকাল কন্টেন্ট প্রকাশনার পাশাপাশি আমি ইউনিভার্সির্টি অফ লিভারেল আর্টস এ মাঝে মাঝে ম্যাল্টিমিডিয়া পড়াই। ডিজাইন, লেখালেখি আর ভিডিও আমার নেশা ও পেশা। আমি মাল্টিমিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের উন্নয়নে ভুমিকা রাখতে চাই। মাচিজো মাল্টিমিডিয়া নামে আমার একটি ছোট প্রতিষ্ঠান রয়েছে, যার অফিস ধানমন্ডিতে। আমার স্ত্রী জাপানী । আমি ৩ সন্তানের জনক। পারিবারিক কারণে আমি প্রায়শঃ জাপানে আসি। জাপানে অভূতপূর্ব উন্নয়ন আমাকে আশার আলো দেখায়, বাংলাদেশও একদিন উন্নত হবে।
