Thomas is currently based at the International Centre for New Media (ICNM) in Salzburg, Austria where he works as project manager for the World Summit Youth Award (WSYA). The WSYA aims to empower youth by creating digital opportunity. It is an international competition for youth-led projects that encourage the active participation of young people in the emerging Information Society. As a member of the WSA project team, Thomas is responsible for marketing activities of the World Summit Award. Before joining ICNM he interned in the Communications Centre of Red Bull headquarters and worked for a PR agency in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for business development, selling e-content to international media and web companies.
