'African Renaissance' statue at its final stages, A symbol for Africa welling after colonization for four centuries, It was aimed to represent the African resistance, but I think it didn't, It is a sign for globalization that made a Korean company to build it and to cost 27 million USD in a poor African country (check the buildings just beside)! Dakkar, Senegal. Taken from the International airport.
