Food, and our access to it, governs much of our lives. As the saying goes, We are, in many ways, what we eat. In a time of growing health disparities, much of it related to the food we eat, there is increasing recognition that youth need to be engaged in relevant dialogue about food systems. Two groups of youth, located in Toronto and Milton were given digital cameras and asked to capture images that conveyed their own experiences and ideas related to food systems, body image, physical health and agriculture.
